It contains privately imported wines carefully selected by Francis Archambault, sommelier and Director of the establishment, as well as by sommelier David Vincent. The majority of the wine selections at LALOUX come from vintners with rigorous and exacting standards when it comes to viniculture and vinification. LALOUX’s wine selections are offered by the glass, in keeping with what is offered on the menu.
